• Non-Custom orders are processed and ready to ship within 1-3 business days but may extend to up to 5 business days during peak times, such as holidays or sales. 
• You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order has been placed.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking information.

• Flat Rate Shipping: $6.95 for orders under $65.

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• If you contact us within 5 days of receipt.
