Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please review the following terms:

Cancellations – Standard Products

• Orders may be canceled prior to shipping for any reason.
• A 15% restocking fee will be applied to cover transaction and handling costs.
• The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
• No cancellations are accepted once the order has shipped.

Orders Returned Due to Incorrect Address

• If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided at checkout:
• Reshipping is available upon request, with additional shipping charges.
• The order can also be canceled and refunded, minus a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping cost.

Custom & Personalized Products

• Orders for custom products (such as breast milk soap) may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• A 15% cancellation fee applies to cover processing and payment fees.
• After 24 hours, all sales are final, and the order cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.
