Return Policy
Eligibility:
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- If your product is damaged in some way upon receipt; and
- If you contact us within 5 days of receipt.
Please Note:
We do not accept returns or exchanges/refunds for personal reasons, including preference, sensitivities, allergies, or other, or individual response. We encourage reviewing our full ingredient lists online and on product labels before purchasing to avoid any possible issues. Individual results may vary, and before using any supplements, it is always advisable to consult with your own health care provider.
Also, please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We ship to the address provided at checkout and cannot make changes once an order has been processed. Brookshire Acres is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you. You may choose to have the order reshipped (additional shipping fees will apply).
Return Process:

Refund Policy
Refunds:

- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
