Processing Time
- Orders are processed and ready to ship within 1-3 business days but may extend to up to 5 business days during peak times, such as holidays (November-December) or sales. We are open Monday-Friday and are closed on national and state holidays.
- You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order has been placed.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking information.
Shipping Options
- Flat Rate Shipping: $7.95 standard shipping for orders under $65. We also offer a rush flat rate option of $15.00 for faster processing and priority/ground shipping.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders of $65 or more.
- Local Pickup: If you prefer to pick up your order, we are excited to offer free local pick up at a Boutique in Bowie, TX. Skip the shipping fees by choosing the Local Pickup option at checkout. This convenient service is free of charge. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a courtesy email from our team.

- Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days once processed, depending on your location.
- Please note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons and holidays.
International Shipping
- Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Return Policy
If your order is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your product to arrange a return or exchange. For more details, please visit our Return Policy page.
Shipping Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We ship to the address provided at checkout and cannot make changes once an order has been processed. Brookshire Acres is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you. You may choose to have the order reshipped (additional shipping fees will apply).
