Our Goat Milk Lotion contains no phthalates, parabens, formaldehyde, phosphates.

Magnesium Spray: Shake well before use. Spray onto clean, dry skin and massage gently until fully absorbed. Use as needed, especially before bedtime or during times of stress.

For external and topical use only. Avoid contact with eyes or other sensitive areas. Discontinue if skin irritation noted after use.

Magnesium Goat Milk Lotion:
1. Apply a Small Amount: Gently massage a small amount of lotion into clean, dry skin. Start with areas like your legs, under feet, arms, or stomach.

2. Patch Test: If you have sensitive skin or are new to magnesium products, apply a small amount to a patch of skin and wait 24 hours before full use.

3. Adjust as Needed: Gradually increase the amount you use based on your skin’s response. Some tingling is normal when using magnesium lotion.

4. Daily Use: For best results, use daily, especially after a bath or shower when pores are open for better absorption.

5. Focus Areas: You can also apply the lotion to specific areas where you're experiencing muscle tension or soreness.
