    How To Use

    2. Patch Test: If you have sensitive skin or are new to magnesium products, apply a small amount to a patch of skin and wait 24 hours before full use.

    3. Adjust as Needed: Gradually increase the amount you use based on your skin’s response. Some tingling is normal when using magnesium lotion.

    4. Daily Use: For best results, use daily, especially after a bath or shower when pores are open for better absorption.

    5. Focus Areas: You can also apply the lotion to specific areas where you're experiencing muscle tension or soreness.

    Had never tried any type of magnesium before so I wasn't sure what to expect. But here's what I've experienced. Better sleep, my foot pain has greatly reduced and no more restless legs! So it's a definite win for me! Highly recommend for those struggling with restless and twitchy legs.

    I use this product every night after my shower. I rub on my legs and feet. I sleep and wake up with soft skin.
    This is lovely.
    One suggestion, I think it should be called cream. Because to me lotions are thinner. This is thick.
