Processing Time

• Non-Custom orders are processed and ready to ship within 1-3 business days but may extend to up to 5 business days during peak times, such as holidays or sales. We are open Monday-Friday and are closed on national and state holidays.
• You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order has been placed.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking information.

Shipping Options

• Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders of $65 or more.
• Flat Rate Shipping: $6.95 for orders under $65.
• Rush Flat Rate Shipping: $15.00 for orders.
• Local Pickup: If you prefer to pick up your order, we are excited to offer free local pick up at our Ranch in Bowie, TX. Skip the shipping fees by choosing the Local Pickup option at checkout. This convenient service is free of charge. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a courtesy email from our team.

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• If your product is damaged in some way upon receipt; and
• If you contact us within 5 days of receipt.
